THE CRITERIA FOR DIAGNOSIS AND RISK FACTORS IN TRIGGERING MULTIPLE ORGAN DYSFUNCTION WITH SEVERE SURGICAL SEPSIS

Abstract:

Study is based on analysis of the dysfunction of visceral and systemic structure in relation to the location of the outbreak in 1552 triggered septic surgical patients with sepsis, complicated by multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and septic shock (SS). The results revealed the development of 100% respiratory dysfunction cases, 100% cardiovascular dysfunction, 83.3 to 94.9% neurological dysfunction, 50 to 93.2% hepatorenal dysfunction, 57.8 to 100% intestinal dysfunction, 67.8 to 100% coagulopathy. The highest degree of severity score was observed in sepsis MODS pancreatic site, followed by sepsis of the lungs, abdomen, nephro-urological, obstetrical, gynecological and skin one.
